To further explain SwissSE's compensation for organizing your wedding, we have creating this very open and honest page and policy to further explain our fee system and the packages.

Ceremony Only Wedding Packages

Valid for Ceremony Only Weddings

In Switzerland, we are able to offer set ceremony packages, which can not be broken into separate components to include the following:

  • Legal Civil Marriage Ceremony - SWISS WAY - from CHF 5'490
  • Blessing Ceremony - from CHF 5'990
  • Legal Civil Marriage and Blessing Ceremony - ENGLISH WAY - from CHF 7'490

These packages include the basic needs for the actual ceremony itself with a small group of guests (up to 20-25 guests). We are more than happy to arrange any additional wedding related services or items, or even a meal or small reception following the ceremony for you and your guests. The fee for arranging these additional services, and the extra work and coordination related to organizing these services for your wedding day will be charged at 15% of the total cost of the additional services. A minimum of 600 CHF and a maximum of 2,000 CHF will be charged for the organization of additional services which are in addition to the services already included in the above set packages.

Additional hours needed for an On-Site Wedding Coordinator will be charged at 150 CHF per hour.

Summary for Ceremony Only Packages

  • 150 CHF per hour for additional hours of On-Site Coordinator

Full Service Wedding Packages

Valid for Weddings with Ceremony and Full Reception

If you have a larger group of guests (more than 30), and would like a full wedding in Switzerland, including ceremony and full reception party, with many additional wedding services added to the base package, then our Full Service Wedding Package will be suit your needs. Full Service Wedding Packages start with one of the following Ceremony Only Packages:

  • Legal Civil Marriage Ceremony - SWISS WAY - from CHF 5'490
  • Blessing Ceremony - from CHF 5'990
  • Legal Civil Marriage and Blessing Ceremony - ENGLISH WAY - from CHF 7'490

These packages include the basic needs for the actual ceremony itself.. Additional hours needed for On-Site Wedding Coordinators will be charged at 150 CHF per hour.  It is necessary to have two wedding planners for weddings with more than 30 guests!

  • Required 2 wedding planners for weddings with more than 30 guests

These fees and conditions are always included in the packages online.

These set fees and packages are suitable for all FLEXIBLE clients that want to have a very special wedding for a very reasonable cost.

Premium Weddings

If you are looking to book a Premium Wedding with Swiss SE, the coordination fee may vary depending on your particular case and requirements. The standard coordination fee for high-end, luxurious, and demanding clients for arranging the additional services and wedding reception of 15% of the total costs of the additional items/services requested (photography, reception meal, live music, etc.). SwissSE will charge a minimum of 3,000 CHF and a maximum of 7,000 CHF for the service/coordination fee for arranging and organizing extra items (based on the complexity of the wedding day and size of the wedding party).

Travel and Accommodation

For weddings located more than 100 KM away from the Swiss SE office, the client will be responsible for covering the wedding coordinator's cost to travel to the wedding location via 2nd class transportation. Additionally the client also agrees to provide the payment for a basic accommodation for the wedding coordinator(s), if the wedding time plan runs past 21:00. These items will be charged at cost to the client.
